About Us

Although I have a Diploma of Counselling, my real knowledge of narcissists comes from being in a relationship with one for over 20 years. I didn't know NPD was a disorder or that I was dealing with it on a daily basis. When it finally hit me, the grief caused by wasting all those years on such a person was overwhelming.

I am dedicated to helping other sufferers recognise their situation and move on to the relationship they deserve.
